Makeup Akad

Hi Dearrrr...

Sudah lama sekali saya tidak posting yaaaa...apalagi kalau bukan karena kesibukan yang sangat menyita waktu akhir-akhir ini. Benar-benar perlu ada time management yang baik diantara peran saya sebagai seorang ibu, seorang PNS pada saat weekdays, dan seorang makeup artist pada saat weekend. Kadang rasa lelah itu pasti ada, namun semuanya adalah pilihan hidup. Jadi out of topic deh postingannya...hehehe tapi akan tetap saya teruskan ceritanya ya :)

Siapa bilang jadi PNS itu santai? saya pernah merasakan kerja di perusahaan swasta sebelumnya selama 5 tahun dan saya dapat menyimpulkan...baik bekerja sebagai PNS maupun sebagai pegawai kantoran lainnya, sama-sama menguras waktu, otak, dan tenaga. Seringkali terbersit di dalam pikiran, ingin resign saja dan fokus menjalankan profesi sebagai full-time makeup artist yang benar-benar merupakan passion saya. Tapi di sisi lain (selain tidak mendapat izin orang tua) saya juga ingin berbuat sesuatu bagi negara ini, yaitu menyumbangkan pikiran dan tenaga saya bagi ibu pertiwi (ehem). Tidak apa-apa toh pada saat weekend saya masih bisa menjalankan passion dan hobi merias saya, selama tidak mengganggu waktu saya bersama keluarga dan pekerjaan lainnya.

Alhamdulillah dengan merias, so far tidak mengganggu waktu saya dengan si kecil, karena merias kan seringkali dikerjakan pada saat subuh. Jam 1 subuh pun saya jabani, karena dunia tata rias benar-benar sangat saya cintai. Percayalah...suatu pekerjaan yang benar-benar dikerjakan sesuai dengan passion, tidak akan menimbulkan rasa lelah...yang ada hanyalah happy...happy...dan happy :) Apalagi kalau bisa melihat senyum sumringah klien yang puas dengan hasil rias kita...benar-benar kebahagian buat perias juga yang tidak dapat diukur dengan materi.

Baiklah kita kembali ke topik semula, berikut adalah makeup akad dari klien saya yang bernama Ike, kulitnya halussss...bak sehalus kulit bayi, bikin envy deh :) So sorry for the poor lighting...

e.l.f HAUL | Contouring Blush and Bronzing Cream

Holaaaaa.....

Today, I'm really excited, finally I find out a reseller on Facebook selling e.l.f products in Indonesia which the price is almost the same as in their origin country \@_@/ Eyes Lips Eyes or more famous named with e.l.f cosmetics is an international brand which was founded in 2004 and based in New York. 

The really really great things about e.l.f cosmetic are inexpensive, plus not only having many different product lines but also high quality. All of these benefits have become the main concept of the e.l.f's founder. We may order them in their website and other social networking sites. 

No wonder, many popular beauty gurus on Youtube love to use and review them. Really awesome, since the e.l.f cosmetics appearances just like those of high-end products but they are really cheapppp :)) Some famous magazines, such as: Glamour, Allure, Self, InStyle and Good Housekeeping also have involved in reviewing them.

CONTOURING BLUSH & BRONZING CREAM

Below is what the product said...

It comes with a matte black plastic that has large mirror and two pans. You'll get dual blush and bronzer in one compact packaging. The product said that it is suitable for any skin types, however for me, it doesn't suit at all for oily skin since the texture is really creamy. It is also said that if you blend it after applied, you will get kinda powder finish, sorry to say I don't think so :). I must say that it is more ideal for dry/normal skin type.

For non shimmery blush or bronzer lover, I bet you will adore this $5 product. You just need to apply with sponge or finger for natural look. Another characteristic of this elf product....it's not really pigmented, so you'll need more than a small amount application. I always keep this dual cream in the refrigerator to keep it last longer, considering it's only for 12-month usage once it opened according to the product instruction. Overall.....in terms of price vs benefit, this product is worth it enough.
