U R B A N D E C A Y | Naked Palette 1

Hallo ladiesss.....

It's a late posting actually, I have written it months ago and just publish it today hehehe. This posting's gonna talk about Urban Decay Naked Palette 1 and I know it's so last year (but hey it doesn't matter), since Urban Decay is launching their 3rd Urban Decay Naked Palette series right now which honestly I'm craving for it too.

Back to our earlier topic, I bought this UD Naked Palette 1 for about IDR 650rb last year and now the price is reaching IDR 730rb something due to increasing in USD rate. However, I personally think that it's quite worth it for spending the pricey palette, coz the price has covered both UD Primer Potion in travel size and UD karma Eyeshadow brush which are somewhat very awesome!
The packaging comes in a brown velvet case with a mirror attached on the inside of the lid which includes twelve brownish neutral eyeshadow shades. I have been experimenting with it for a year and absolutely luv it!  I've also been looking for eyeshadow that doesn't easily fall out once it's applied on the lower lash line and this warm color palette is the answer!
Now let see the swatches....

Virgin and sin: ideal for highlighting. You may apply virgin shade on the inner corner of eye, browbone and under eye. while sin shade may be applied as a transition between the browbone and crease color.
Naked: a matte soft beige shade is perfectly applied over the lid as a base.
Sidecar: a shimmery darker beige color is perfectly applied above the naked shade or wherever you want.

Buck: a matte beige color, is suitable applied on eyelid/crease
Half Baked and Smog: they are shimmery golden tones, suitable applied on lid/lower lash line to create soft smokey eyes.
Dark Horse: a brown color with a bit of shimmery, you may also apply it on crease to define more smokey look.

Toasted & Hustle: darker metallic brown-ish colors, perfect for darker smokey eyes.
Creep and Gunmetal: shades close to black, perfect to define outer V for dark smokey eyes.

PRO'S (+)
- Warm tones, suitable for both light and dark skin.
- Easily blendable

CON'S (+)

So how 'bout your own Naked Palette? Please share your thoughts :)

Ciao,
Ari
